Refund Policy

Fourteen-day refund

If you are not satisfied with the digital files, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate the payment.

Rejected photo

If the U.S. Department of State rejects a photo prepared through the service, contact us with the rejection reason. We will issue a full refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears on your statement.

Billing disputes

Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a problem with an order. We will investigate and respond.
