Service

FixMyPassportPhoto is a web-based software service operated by French Connection Limited, Hong Kong. It checks a digital photo against published U.S. passport photo requirements and prepares downloadable photo files. The check is free. Downloading the prepared files is a one-time purchase.

Independent service

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the U.S. Department of State or any government. We do not guarantee acceptance. The U.S. Department of State makes the final decision on every passport photo.

Your responsibilities

• Use only a photo of yourself, or of a person for whom you are legally entitled to submit an application.
• Use a recent, original photo that accurately represents the applicant.
• Review the prepared file before submitting it.

Payment and delivery

The price shown on the website and at checkout is the full one-time price. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital files are delivered in the browser after successful payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Because the service provides immediate digital delivery, an order cannot be canceled after the files have been delivered. Our 14-day refund policy still applies. See the Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for that order.
